I’ve got a spare box of vinyl tiles and a spare box of grout after having done my kitchen. I suspect it’s enough to do a downstairs toilet. Colour is nearly white, ignore the photo on the box. The photo above shows my kitchen floor. It’s got a pattern almost like stone.

Tefal portable induction hob. In working order. I’ve been using it for the past six months while my kitchen was being built. The only thing wrong with it is the fact that its display flashes when not in use (obviously it can be switched off). Please be aware you can only use it with pans suitable for an induction hob.

Metal bed with wooden slats. Apologies, I should have taken a photo before we dismantled it. It’s in excellent condition BUT one of the bedknobs has dropped off and can’t be put back on. (We’ve still got it). It belongs to my elderly mother who is only getting rid of it because she now needs a medical bed.
