Free: Bath & WC (B91 Solihull) Gifted I have a bath & WC spare after refurb. Needs a new home ASAP or going in the skip. Addendum: I have added 2 photos of the bath & WC. They were removed some time ago. I promised them to one of the builders who never collected them. Consequently, after later demolition, they are now very dirty. I think they should clean up OK. Contact me again if you’re still interested.

Free: Vaillant ecoFIT gas combi boiler (B91 Solihull) Expired Only 2 years use. No longer required due to passiv house retrofit. Includes Honeywell wireless thermostat. Also includes 13+ radiators & thermostatic valves. Most of the radiators are in decent shape. Priority to anyone who can take the lot.

Free: Kitchen spotlight set (B91 Solihull) Expired I have an old set of 5 kitchen spotlights. 4 on a beam and a solo single bracket. They require some refurbishment. New LED bulbs included. One of the spots on the beam doesn’t work. It may require complete disassembly to fix.

Free: Double Glazed White PVC Windows (B91 Solihull) Expired I am retrofitting a house to Passiv standard. Unfortunately this means I can’t use the existing windows most which are still OK and meet the current UK building code. I want to avoid sending them to landfill so they are available to anyone who wants to collect the lot or individually. The demolition starts next month. If you are interested please reply and I will send some photos & dimensions.

Free: Potting Shed (B91 Solihull) Expired About 5 x 6’. Substantially built from featherboard. Some of the floor timbers rotten. Roof and sides mostly intact. One window missing. Sited under a tree so a bit mossy! Adds to the character! If interested I can send more photos and exact dimensions. Collection only.
