Lovely Velvet Antique Sofa (York Place, Edinburgh, EH1)
Large and deep 3 seater sofa. Beautufil soft velvet! Approx 167cm wide and 83cm deep. It’s pinkish brown more towards dusty dark pink/honey cokour. Very elegant. Solid built very strong. Similar sofas (if modern and brand new would cost over £1000 minimum!) Lovely to sit on. I am unsure about its age but certainly old and antique. Perhaps mid century - I am unsure?! Fabric has no tears but couole of small (very unnoticeable stains). Very good condition overall. All legs are sturdy etc. only genuine applicants please who needs a sofa! If I cannot find anyone who can collect by end of Friday 26 June It’s going to a local charity. Genuine callers appreciated. Need 2 people or ideally 3 people to carry it. Easier. 1 flight of stairs inly. I am on 1st floor. )

Also you need a car as this luggage is heavy as it’s special edition and top quality! Description: Samsonite Luggage to give away free as I will be moving out so declutterring. I bought a while ago and it was the most expensive range of the Samsonite brand. It cost me well over £500 as it has real leather hand stitched features on the luggage and it is highly sturdy and great for long haul travelling to keep your items super safe. It has 2 wheels and heavy luggage. Extremely strong and has combination lock and lovely interiors. IT HAS TO GO THIS Sunday or Monday (4/5 August) or I am giving to a charity.

YOU MUST INDUCATE WHY YOU NEED IT AS I WANT TO GIVE IT TO GENUINE PEOPLE WHO NEEDS IT: Thank you Victorian Radiator - Needs to go this weekend ! it might be Edwardian also I am not certain. But definitely very old. It is quite expensive to buy this at antique/salvage shops etc. It is approximately 82cm x 74cm. It just needs a coat of paint but can be used as it is. Not connected to gas currently but it works perfectly as I just did not connect it yet. Decided to give away. It worked perfectly in my previous flat. We managed to carry it as 2 people. So you need 2 people to carry it. It’s heavy but we managed it. No problems. I live on raised ground floor. Only 4/5 steps from the street. Inside building I am ground floor so no steps!

Free stuff. I am giving away 2 x white wooden chairs and IKEA shoe mat and a handmade shelvIng unit with quality wood. Chairs are good quality but have some scuffing on them. It can be painted if needed. Similar chairs are expensive in John Lewis etc has to be collected this evening or this Sunday afternoon. Please state why you need it as I want to give it to a genuine person who genuinely needs it! Chairs are a bit heavy so you might need a car.
