This makes perfectly good coffee using ground coffee. However it started having a tendency to leak a bit so I was using it with a tray underneath. It's actually been looked over at a St Albans sustainability event and they couldn't find a leak so it maybe that they may have fixed it. They did say descaling throughly might help going forward (it had been regularly descaled previously). So in short: works perfectly well making coffee, but a bit leaky.
