Luxaflex Duette fabric blinds (Penn HP10)

We recently removed our conservatory which had all round window and roof blinds made by Luxaflex, the premium blind manufacturer. The blinds are Duette honeycomb blinds, white on the outside to reflect heat from the sun and a golden colour on the inside. I dispensed with the roof blinds but have 9 window blinds available all of a depth of about 1m and varying in width from 750-900mm. If you are interested in one or more please contact me for the size which would be suitable and I’ll measure. It would be such a waste given their current cost to take them to the tip but they have to go

Various pieces of skirting and window board - happy to split, all pieces available individually as follows: I removed these during our renovation works and they will be skipped if they’re not of use to anyone. WINDOW BOARDS The window boards are Mahogony, They have holes where the mahogony plugs were removed. These can be filled with new plugs or wood filler if the board was painted. One of the boards has an acrylic white undercoat on it. Sizes: 1 (white) 25mm x 240mm x 2100mm 2 (Stained) 25mm x 200mm x 3400nn SKIRTING MDF Torus. Had been fixed with glue which came off easily. Have been painted white with water-based paint so easy to sand and re-finish. No nail holes, in generally good condition but may need a little surface filler here and there Sizes: 1 length of 120mm x 3400mm x 18mm the rest is 150mm by 3500mm, 1220mm, 1170mm, 570mm DADO 1 length of 60mm x 2400mm MDF Dado new but a bit dusty Finally a couple of 20mm square x 4000 MDF battens

Heals of London Octagonal light oak dining table (Penn HP10)

A much loved substantial and unusual octagonal light oak dining table purchased from Heals of London. The table is perfectly usable as-is for anyone in need of a table but with various water marks on it and sone raised grain here and there would make a restoration project for someone so inclined. We stored it for several years as we couldn’t bring ourselves to part with it, but it has to go 😒 The table has a 50cms removable centre extending leaf which turns it into a roomy 6-seater or 10-seater at squeeze! Measurements: Width 125cms and with centre leaf 175cms . The table is a mixture of solid oak and mostly oak veneer

Outback 3 burner gas barbecue purchased from John Lewis with Butane gas regulator complete with trolley, coals and original instruction manual. It never had much use and has been stored inside for a couple of years. The griddles need a clean with a wire brush and oiling and it should be ready to go. I removed the barbecue from the wooden trolley for storage. The trolley has two removable side shelves which are also included but require small bolts to secure which I cannot find ( they’re easily replaced)

A single and a double bedroom wardrobe which can be attached together to make a Treble as was installed - please see the photos. The backs which are pinned on suffered some damage when the wardrobes were removed so would really require replacing with hardboard pinned on as the original. The wardrobes have been disassembled for transportation but it’s a straightforward task to reassemble The single was configured as shelves while the double a mixture of shelves age hanging rail. A bookcase with shelving and a chest of drawers are also available

Purchased from John Lewis 3 slatted corded window blinds in Beech. The slats are narrow measuring 30mm x 3mm thick. The blinds measure: 1. 600mm Lwide and will comfortably cover a drop to 1m. 2. 850mm wide and will also cover a 1m drop 3 1555mm wide and will cover a drop of 900mm If your windows are narrower these blinds can be shortened in width and height (I’ve done it myself), simply cut the aluminium head with a hacksaw (the ends are hidden in the fixings) and trim each end of the wooden slats. I will split them of course, would rather not throw them in the tip Fixing is either side rear or head and the blind can sit inside a reveal or on the face of a window.

Two narrow slatted wooden blind in Beech with draw cords and complete with fixings for head or side reveals . These were purchased from John Lewis. Will separate if you would just like one Measurement are: Width 1 metre, depth when open comfortably 1.25m. The slats are 25mm wide and 3mm thick. If you’re window is a narrower or not as tall don’t worry, the blinds can be narrowed in width quite easily by trimming the head with a hacksaw and shortening the slats. If your window is shorter in height, an appropriate number of slats can be removed. I did this for two of my windows.

The units were Magnet’s premium range, cabinets are simply not constructed this well any more. limed oak doors and open cabinet faces and drawers Please see the photos for what is available, in addition there is both a single and double wall unit not in the photos. Condition is very good Ideal for a Utility Room if not a kitchen. The units are very heavy and come complete with their hanging fixings.

It measures 600 wide by 1800 high and is 640 from rear to the front of the handle If someone would like both they will get priority but otherwise appt for them to be taken separately. We’d really like them gone fairly quickly as they are both standing in our hall. For collection bear in mind these appliances are heavy
