Free: Roof Tiles, Concrete, x 100, Marley (CT2) 100 concrete roof tiles from a house in Canterbury CT2 (Whitstable Rd area) They're "Marley +" make & model, if more detail needed I should be able to find that out quickly. You'd need to be able to collect them as soon as they come off the roof as there's no storage space on site. This is not negotiable. Also, they've been spray-foamed on the underside, so you'd need to spend an afternoon with a scraper flicking the worst of that off before fitting them, but it usually comes off quite easily, & they are free... Please don't ask for these if you're not going to take them as there's a cost to us in taking them off carefully rather than just chucking them directly from the roof into the skip, which is what we'll do if no-one applies for them.

Free: Broken Slates (CT2) Up to 40 sacks of broken or damaged slates. Ideal for drainage or if you break them up some more, landscaping, paths etc. Could possibly deliver to CT1 or CT2, or collection from Wincheap area of Canterbury if you're further afield. Needs to be collected ASAP though as well need to dispose of everything to leave site clear in next few days.

Free: Watch, quartz, gents "Fossil" brand (CT2) Gifted Fossil quartz gents watch with very strong metal bracelet that's got hardly any wear in it. Watch is itself has seen a bit of life so would be ideal for gardening / DIY / anything that you'd not want to wear a treasured watch for. Needs battery. (CT2) Expired 4'6" standard double sprung mattress, (not foam) 9" thick Has been stored in the garage of a rented house for a couple of years but garage seems to be as dry as a garage can be. Free: Child car seat, Recaro (CT2) Expired Child's car seat. Recaro "Milano" Scuffed label on rear says 15(?) - 36kg No idea if it's isofix, no kids, so no knowledge of such things. Removable covers held on with good quality velcro. Will need a clean as it's been stored in a garage for several years. No idea of it's prior history. I'm emptying a garage for a landlord customer is my entire involvement with it, likely this has been left by previous tenants. Free: Electric heaters, x2. 1x oil, 1x upright fan (CT2) Gifted 2x electric heaters: a) Oil-filled one (usually cheaper to run but slower to warm up & cool down.) Has a thermostat & two power output options, 500w & 1000w, no timer. Apart from some paint flaking on one of its feet it's in good condition, castors all work as well as they ever do. b) fan-assisted ordinary heater. Has thermostat and & timer, & three heat output options, 750w / 1250w & 2000w. Timer works, Fan works fine but isn't the quietest thing. Both have been stored in a garage so need a good clean. I've tested that they both do what they're supposed to, & neither showed any sign of wanting to catch fire, beyond a slight smell of hot dust from the fan one. Note that I have not carried out any technical safety testing on them! Happy to separate them if you only want one. Collection from Whitstable Rd area of Canterbury CT2 please.
