I’m on the hunt for any spare soil or compost you might have lurking in your garden, shed, or mysterious corner of the universe. Nothing fancy required—your humble, slightly-neglected pile is exactly my kind of treasure. It’s all destined for my veggie pots, which are currently looking a bit… existentially empty. I’m hoping to bulk them up so my plants can live their best lives (and I can eventually enjoy a tomato that tastes vaguely like success). Happy to collect at your convenience, but if delivery is possible, I will be exceptionally grateful and may even name a courgette in your honour. Thanks in advance for any help—you’ll be directly contributing to future soups, salads, and slightly wonky carrots!

Free: Kitten igloo bed (Penrith CA11) Gifted Behold: the luxury kitten igloo… untouched, unloved, and apparently beneath my cat’s refined standards. Purchased with visions of cosy naps and adorable photo opportunities. Reality? My cat prefers a crumpled Tesco bag and the emotional chaos of sitting directly on my keyboard. This plush, stylish igloo has never been slept in, sniffed at briefly, and judged harshly. It’s basically brand new—just with a lingering aura of feline disdain. Perfect for a kitten, small cat, or any pet with lower expectations than mine. Free to a good home where it might actually fulfil its destiny… or at least be sat on once out of spite.
