This item is an ab roller / ab crunch rocker, a piece of home fitness equipment designed to assist with abdominal exercises like crunches and sit-ups. The primary purpose of this design is to provide head and neck support via the small padded headrest, helping to reduce neck strain while guiding you through a proper rocking motion. The green foam bar serves as a grip handle to keep your upper body stable during the workout. Not that pretty cosmetically and could do with a good clean as been stored for some time. But it is fully functional and hopefully is of use to someone. Doorstep collection from Freemantle area of Southampton (SO15).
