Office chair (Banstead SM7) Perfectly functional still, just not beautiful due to very worn seat and arms. But those could be covered. Or just stay sat on it and you won't notice!

Ring binders - 3-hole binders (not 2-hole) (Linslade LU7) Withdrawn Several plastic binders of different spine widths. Couple have some dividers in them. And one show has pages of slide holders. All are 3-hole binders. All perfectly functional. PERFECT FOR BACK TO SCHOOL?

Footstool = partly reupholstered (Banstead SM7) Expired Very stable footstool, good and sturdy. Think has been partly reupholstered and was just waiting for final cover. Opportunity to add your own to match your decor. Pickup from Banstead - on Sunday if at all possible. From memory, length is approx 50cm but can double-check if needed. Don't believe has any fire labels (as predates need for these).
