This has been in our garden for some time - result of a stray acorn years ago. About 1m90cm tall now and it has to be removed, either to a new home or to the garden waste bin. If anyone is interested, we will do our best to dig it out, although we can't be sure we can get all the roots. Assistance would be useful!

50cm long. Believed to have been used only once, so in excellent condition. Lightweight construction and I can't make out exactly what material was used to make the 'basket' effect. Collection from Saturday 14 Feb. when hopefully the traffic on the Drayton Road will have returned to normal.

Would anyone like these berried cuttings to see if mistletoe can be started on one of your trees? Berries can be rubbed onto the bark, just like the birds wiping their beaks after eating a berry. It likes apple trees but can take to many other types.

This would have been used with a coal scuttle. Length overall about 33cm, width of blade about 12cm. In reasonable condition considering its age - probably around 1920ish. Looks as if it originally had a coating of black paint on the blade, which has almost all disappeared now.
