Free: hybrid heat pump gas boiler Daikin and hot water tank (Plantation G51) I've had this posted on For Sale sites for a while, but it isn't finding a new home there. This is a big item for Freegle, and I'm only going to let it go to someone I'm sure can properly make use of it, I won't just be taking the first offer. It has to be properly installed, and will cost money for the outside unit, too. Also, I have a busy day job, please be patient if I don't reply until the evening. Daikin Altherma Hybrid Gas/Heat Pump System 8 KW UK.HYBRID08B33Will work as combi for hot water, or with tank, which is also available: 210l Evocyl stainless steel single coil hot water tank (can go separately). Available for collection uninstalled with care by Daikin approved installer. Excellent condition, 18 months old, came with new build house, good replacement for a gas boiler, will work well with existing radiators. Available because replaced by heat pump only system and tank suitable for solar thermal after upgrades to house. Included: gas boiler+heat pump combo, hot water tank, control panel, full documentation. Not included: outdoor unit (already sold) R32 coolant, pipework, wiring (reused for new system). Outdoor units are available new to pair with the indoor units.

Free: Wardrobe doors for built in alcove (Plantation G51) Light grey MDF 2m tall 74 cm wide pair to fit alcove 1m 40 cm wide, all fittings included including shelf and hanging rail for inside the alcove. Photo shows similar still installed, these are removed and ready to collect.

Free: wardrobe doors for built-in (Plantation G51) Expired Pair of grey sliding built-in wardrobe doors suit alcove width 142 cm, height 202 cm, but could easily be cut shorter. Dimensions of doors 2m x 74cm. Come with all fittings top and bottom for the sliding mechanisms. Photo shows similar still installed, the ones available are removed and ready to collect. Inside rail and shelf also available.

Free: LED lights and pendant light fittings (Plantation G51) Gifted six LED downlights, warm white, working when removed (replaced with different bathroom lighting), and two pendant light fittings (replaced with flush lights) - good condition, maybe a year old from new build house. Can split, let me know which you are interested in.

Free: Extractor fan (Plantation G51) Gifted Two bathroom/kitchen extractor fans with some controls/sensors. Good condition, they were removed after a few months and replaced with ventilation system. More details on the model available here

Free: door handles (Plantation G51) Gifted I have 10 of the first type, with 3 matching thumb turns. Just the handles and spindles and fixings, not the latches. There is one of the second type (new, turned out not to be suitable), and one latch (which was swapped for a latch with larger set back). All in good condition, all removed and ready to collect.
