Free: Sofa bed - Futon Company 3 seater (Wood Street E17) 3 seater sofa bed. Birch wood frame and red cover. Although a model from around 2002 in very good condition. Measurements: As bed - width 136cm; length 202cm; height to top of arm rests 60cm and to top of futon mattress 47cm. As sofa - width 202cm; height 93cm; depth 100cm.

Free: Dyson V8 cordless vacuum (Wood Street E17) Gifted Dyson cordless vacuum with wall mounted holder and attachments. Only runs for a couple of minutes. I believe it needs a new battery.

Free: Cat food (Wood Street E17) Gifted Approximately 3.5kg of an 8kg bag of Hill's Prescription Diet Dental Care dry cat food. Use by date of December 2025. Preference given to anyone who can collect today.

Free: Crockery (Wood Street E17) Gifted Bits and bobs of matching crockery - it is all that remains unbroken of a set bought 20 years ago. The design is Nick Munro for John Lewis. 4 x pasta bowls, 7 x side plates, 4 x egg cups, 1 milk jug, 1 cream jug and 1 sugar bowl. It is all bubble-wrapped and in two boxes ready for collection.

Free: Microchip pet door (Wood Street E17) Gifted Pet door that was in use for 2 years. Removed a year ago as doors to garden were changed. It was working very well at the time it was removed. The white plastic frame is sun-worn but otherwise in good condition. One RFID tag that came with it. Instruction booklet also available but all but the English language instructions cut out of it. Will need 4 x C batteries to operate it. Free: Dining chair frames for refurb (Wood Street E17) Gifted Six dining chairs, 2 carvers (with armrests) and 4 chairs. These are the frames only and suitable for a complete refurbishment project. The chipboard seats are worn but could be reused if padded with foam before being upholstered. Chairs are teak from Nathan furniture company.

Free: UPVC window (Wood Street E17) Gifted White, double-glazed UPVC window - 85cm width 97cm height. With right-hand side opener and safety lock attached. Keys for both window and lock. Pane removed for ease of removal and for reinstallation. In good working condition.
