Free: Cupboard doors and piece of counter top (Battle RG30) A couple of oak cupboard doors, 50 x 55cm, and a piece of Ikea marble-effect countertop, 95 x 49cm. To collect near Prospect Park/Oxford Road. Have been stored indoors, good condition.

Free: kitchen wall cabinets - 1 double, 1 single (Battle RG30) Gifted MDF wall cabinets with solid oak doors (I think) - good condition. One single, one double. Both are 31cm deep, 72cm high. Single is 40cm wide, double is 80cm. Apologies, the single cabinet is upside down in the pic! To collect from near Prospect Park.

Free: Single mattress, firm (Battle RG30) Gifted Firm single mattress, clean, good condition. The underside feels a bit bumpy (where it was lying across the bed slats, I imagine) but the top side is smooth.

Free: Aloe leaves (Battle RG30) Gifted If you prepare ointments, or like to drink aloe juice, here are some uprooted plants you can use. I thinned out my plants a while ago. These have been lying horizontally ever since, so they aren't really much good to pot up and grow, as they have taken on a strange shape!

Free: Christmas tree (live, in pot) (Battle RG30) Gifted About 4ft tall, a bit straggly, but usable :) I opted for a smaller one this year, so this one is looking for a home. To collect from near north east corner of Prospect Park.

Request: large clear acrylic sheet (ex-Covid screens?) (Battle RG30) Expired I'm looking for some sheets of transparent acrylic, for insulating my front door, which has glass panels in it. Apparently old Covid screens are great for this, so if you know of any which are looking for a home, please let me know! cheers, Helen

Free: Clip frames (Battle RG30) Gifted Clip frames - three sized 50x40cm, one sized 60x50cm, and two sized 40x30cm. The 60x50 frame is missing one clip, but all other clips are present. They will need a clean as have been stored in the attic for a few years. To collect from RG30 near Prospect Park/Tilehurst Road.

Free: Insulated plaster board (Battle RG30) Expired Some sections left over from insulating our bathroom ceiling. Any use to anyone? To collect near the Tilehurst Road/Prospect Park roundabout, probably at the weekend.

Free: Car radio & CD player (Battle RG30) Expired Taken from my old Ford Fiesta (2001?) - worked when it was taken out (the car engine was kaput so the car went for scrap). To collect from the Oxford Road between Norcot and Battle.

Free: Garden lounger chair minus cushion (Battle RG30) Expired Adjustable garden lounger chair - frame only, as I no longer have a cushion for it. Needs a bit of a clean as it's been in the shed, but perfectly functional. To collect from the Oxford Road, near the barracks.

Free: Hammock stand (Battle RG30) Gifted Hammock stand - a bit rusty (some of the paint has flaked off at the end of one of the steel tubes) and muddy, as I foolishly left it up in the garden all winter. But completely functional. Structurally, it works like this one: To collect from Oxford Road near the TA barracks.

Request: Vinyl flooring (sheet, rather than tiles) (Battle RG30) Expired I'd like some old vinyl flooring to put down on the kitchen floor in the house I'm renovating, to cover up the old tiles (which contain asbestos) till I can get to the stage of removing and replacing them. I'm covering an L-shaped area which is 250 x 192 on the long sides, so one piece of 250 x 2m would be perfect, or I could fit smaller pieces together. Can collect within reasonable distance of west Reading. Doesn't matter if it looks grubby and old, it's just a temporary measure! :)
