Sofa and easy chair (Tanyard Farm estate CV7)
3 seat sofa and matching chair. See photo for colour & pattern of upholstery, fire labels are still attached. The sofa cushions are somewhat squashed with age and the screws attaching some of the legs are bent (we have been using furniture supports in addition to the legs recently) but it would be fine for eg a shared student house or similar... Happy for them to go separately but afraid I cannot deliver.

AAT Level 3 course books (Tanyard Farm estate CV7)

My son is hoping to start the AAT Level 3 course in September and would like to try to get a bit ahead if possible by making a start on reading the course books during the holidays. Does anyone have a no longer-needed set of the books he could have please? They need to be quite recent as I understand the course has been changed in the last year or two. I can collect from anywhere within reasonable distance of Tile Hill.
