Free: Settee - bed settee (2 - 3 seater/double bed) (Patcham BN1) Bed settee in good condition, converts to a double bed. Currently has washable striped cover, you can purchase new covers on sofasofa.co.uk website. It is a 'Newport'. The sofa arms have removeable arm protectors We also have some covers in our loft that we used before these striped ones (plain cream colour) that you can have if you wish. Free: Single bed mattress (Patcham BN1) Expired single mattress hardly used, we are turning our spare room in to an office and this has to go. It was bought for when our nephew stayed (and only used for a few weeks). Its the sprung sort of mattress.

Free: Extremely large suitcase (Patcham BN1) Gifted Extremely large suitcase suitable for storing stuff in loft. Has wheels and is in really good condition. Too large for an average holiday unless that is what you specifically require. We bought it when we thought we were emigrating and it has been in loft.

Free: BBQ gas (Patcham BN1) Gifted Gas BBQ in working order. Inside needs a bit of scouring with some steel wool - the rungs look rusty but are easily cleaned I just have not had the time. . Outside needs light sanding and a coat of heatproof paint. If you have not had a gas BBQ before you rent the gas bottle when you purchase the gas.

Free: unopened packets of vegetable seeds - lots (Patcham BN1) Gifted I am clearing my seed box and I have lots - at least 20 - of unopened packets of vegetable seeds. Most are 2023 so should be fine for this year, even the earlier ones should work. So if you have an allotment these are perfect. They are all duplicates of ones I already have

Free: fabric (Patcham BN1) Gifted Red velvet fabric approx 70 inches by 76 inches (177cm x 193cm). Bought for large cushions never used. Light Royal Blue wool fabric 70 inches by 80 inches (177 cm x 203 cm) would make fantastic large cushions or if you are good at sewing a jumper style top. Brand new never used, I am having a clear out!.
