This sits about 8-9” off floor and is 3’ around. Solid shape and has 250 lb limit. Good to use for indoor exercise (running in place, balance for PT, etc) or possibly for kids play. I had used for recovery PT after ankle surgery for example, but free to someone else now. Can do porch pickup

Per pics, this is a multi colored pattern sofa that has a brick or darker red overall tone to it. The sofa solid, clean and in good shape. It is a Hickory Hill brand with the seat area consisting of two removable cushions. High backed and need approx 36” x 88” of floor space to use. Whether you need a family room, living room or basement couch this would work. We are downsizing our home and no longer need it. If you can pick it up soon, you can own it! (Will need two men to remove from basement out sliding door into yard.)

Kenmore 1100W microwave (East of West Chester)

This microwave is clean and works, but the door switches need to be replaced as it runs when the door is open. Per YouTube videos this is not a hard or expensive fix, but this is a spare in our house. So offering up for someone who wants to work on it. Unit is 12” high, 20” wide and about 14 1/2” deep. Digital display and controls work….new door switches set (of 3) on Amazon is less than $20 or less if you buy the right one to replace. I don’t have time to debug and fix it just to have as a spare. Owners manual included
