Comfy sofa, does have a few water marks under cover. Due to spills but doesn't affect it use and doesn't smell (water marks are from cleaning the spills) Can get alternative covers to fit, so easily be able to change colour scheme if needed, wash covef or put a more durable cover on. Will definitely put someone through and a modern style too (as per pictures). Must be able to collect safely.

Mid bed with underneath den (Firth park S5)

Bed frame only, a single mattress will fit. I do have a spare memory foam one if needed which has been hardly used. Bed in good condition. Bed does have stickers on, one part of the tunnel frame broke so has been removed. Anyone interested must be able to collect (will fit in an Estate car or van) and dismantle it to know how to put together again. Please give enough notice for collection, so I can clear the Bed and surrounding area.
