Large tunnel tent, is a good few years old and been in dry storage, but still has some life in it. Has two bedrooms, however I believe one of the bedrooms does have some small amount of mould in the corner. So, wouldn't use for sleeping. Maybe just use as a storage area. Will need ground sheet too for I believe the middle area and front area. Does zip down to allow for a larger middle area and small porch front and vice versa. I would suggest doing a trial set up prior to taking it out for camping. Must be able to collect, I can't deliver.

Comfy sofa, does have a few water marks under cover. Due to spills but doesn't affect it use and doesn't smell (water marks are from cleaning the spills) Can get alternative covers to fit, so easily be able to change colour scheme if needed, wash covef or put a more durable cover on. Will definitely put someone through and a modern style too (as per pictures). Must be able to collect safely.
