3m strong metal post (for washing line or similar) (Clungunford SY7)
Gifted
Very sturdy and in perfect working order. The ground tube does have concrete around the base as shown, however once dug in will mean it’s absolutely solid! Could be useful for many things, but certainly as a washing line. Has a ring at the very top and a place to secure leftover rope/line below.

Small piece of plasterboard! (Clungunford SY7)
Received
I've a hole in my wall, ~30cm x 20cm, in need of patching so I'd be grateful if anyone has any plasterboard offcuts! (I could also make use of some ready mixed plaster if anyone has any). Much appreciated, ~D

Double Bed Divan Base (2 halves) (Clungunford SY7)
Gifted
Sorry for bad picture, if there’s any interest I can provide better picture but should be pretty self explanatory. It’s a double bed divan base in 2 halves (one with drawer), in dark gray fabric. In good condition, just surplus to requirements. Many thanks

Wood Pallet (Clungunford SY7)
Gifted
Just the one, but seems decent quality. It’s been outside for around a month if that matters. Out front of house so can just swing by to pick it up.

Scrap Metal (Clungunford SY7)
Gifted
Thought I’d throw this scrap metal up in case someone is collecting in the area, it’ll be on the driveway ready to take. There’s a decent stainless steel hob, small bench, portable BBQ, plus a few odd bits including about 2m of copper pipe. Preference to take more than less.

Red bricks (Clungunford SY7)
Expired
Have picked the best remaining bricks and put to the side. Maybe a couple dozen in fine shape, with a few slightly broken or half bricks. Many have mortar. Great for garden projects? Welcome to take whatever you wish and the rest will go to the tip, but preference will be for more than less to save waste!

5 Radiators (functional but happy to be scrapped) (Clungunford SY7)
Gifted
3x Radiators and 2x towel rails as seen! There’s nothing wrong with them if someone did have a use, though more than for someone to pick them up for scrap.

Assorted red bricks (Clungunford SY7)
Gifted
Builder thinks someone might like these bricks... from an interior wall taken down. Assorted, mostly whole with some halves?, but can just take what you like and rest will go to dump. I’ve covered with a tarp to keep clean. I’ll happily help you load if I’m in.

Rescued tiles from splashback (Clungunford SY7)
Gifted
Many seemed fond of these, so I thought I’d salvage the whole tiles and offer them up here in case someone wished to use them for a project or something? There’s tile adhesive on the backs. 18 in total, about 10x10cm. I’ve kept the broken tiles also in case there’s someone extra creative who wishes to make a mosaic or something.

NEFF Gas Hob (70cm 5-ring) (Clungunford SY7)
Expired
Only getting rid as swapping to induction. Dusty in picture due to building works but cleans up nice. The sparker doesn’t work (from my research it’s a £40 part and easy to fix), but functions perfectly fine with a handheld lighter/zapper. 70cm wide. Hopeful someone will be able to make some use as it’s well made and a reliable brand, else it’s the scrap man’s.

Full working order, both fan and lights. Admittedly I should’ve taken photos before removing it! Has all fixings included and is in good condition. Only offering up as changing for another fitting. Product can be viewed online by searching “Colours Lari Traditional Antique Brass Effect Ceiling Fan Light”, as seen on B&Q website. Any queries let me know.
