Lower element replaced (genuine part) not long ago. Only negative is paint rusting near knobs. Other than that all in good working order. Thank you.

Free: Large Rabbit/Guinea pig run (Lissington LN3) Expired For slight repair. Ideal for rabbits as has removable roof! Apx 6’ x 3’ I recall this cost me over £100 in timber etc when I made it in 2021. Unfortunately, I only had OSB lying around when I made the corners so some of those bits were never going to last a long time! As its been sat redundant, its sadly got worse. The hinges could do with replacing with larger and the ‘roof’ needs new corner supports. The timber is heavy and still very much useable. Chicken wire all still in place. Likely need at least an estate. You can unscrew the corner hinges to better fit for transport. It folds down to move aside so doesn’t always have to be on show. Collection any time. Will be left at gate. Take your time, do whatever you need to transport :) Thanks.

My dog has spent roughly 75 dog years licking this little hole in the yard that must have great rat scent beneath and it’s not getting any bigger for her. Time to cover it up and save her tongue! Free: Slimline Dishwasher Spares/repair (Lissington LN3) Expired Cleaned up but unfortunately the right hand side 3 buttons aren’t functioning. I can see the electrical unit for the buttons on eBay for around £12. Just adding here if anyone wishes to fix this. Was cleaned up (limescale and grease cleaners), filled with salt and rinse aid and a tablet but couldn’t press start. I picked up for free too so not seen working but assumed it will work with the buttons replaced. Collection for repair or scrap welcome. Can assist in lifting this item.

Free: Repair - Washing Machine (Lissington LN3) Expired Don’t know if anyone is interested in this before I take it to the tip. Likely bearing gone. One wash overloaded. It will work still and I manage to get it to do some smaller washes but all lights will come on and it has to be unplugged and left a few minutes before I can move it on to another cycle. Repairable if someone wants it. Purchased from Curry’s around 2020/2021. Collection Lissington, Lincs. Please note; I will not be able to assist with lifting/transporting out of house and into vehicle so do bring help if needed.

Free: Double Guinea pig/rabbit cage (Lissington LN3) Gifted Floors showing signs of age but still very useable. Downsizing as lost two of my four old guinea pigs recently. PLEASE ONLY REQUEST IF YOU INTEND TO COLLECT. Van/trailer needed. Collection ASAP. Roof will lift off as never screwed hinges on. Takes a bit of weight off it. Can’t remember if it’s the 5’ or 6’ one. I think each floor is 2’x2’. Collection only, between Wragby and Market Rasen.
