Free: Wrapmaster 1000 (Galgate LA2) It's a clingfilm dispenser and cutter. It takes a standard 30cm roll, in clean, working condition. Ideally it should be fixed so you can operate with one hand. Ideal for a small catering business or pub that does take outs, or if you like gadgets. I'm in Galgate.

Free: 2x Table leg mounts (Galgate LA2) Expired These are for a motorhome, camper van or narrow boat. You cut a 60mm hole and screw them in. You can buy steel legs or wooden ones to make a table that can be removed easily. They could be used on decking. Pass it on to anyone doing a van conversion.

Free: Card reader for P.C. (Galgate LA2) Expired I got it thinking it was a stand alone unit. It needs to be fitted into a PC.

Free: 4 x thermostatic radiator valves (Galgate LA2) Gifted Surplus to what I needed. Never been fitted, white, (a bit grubby from being in storage). No plumbing required, they replace existing valves. Very easy to install and operate. Note: you should have at least one of your radiators without one.

Free: Sharp R-209 800W Microwave 0ven (Galgate LA2) Expired It works just fine, little used by my son when he lived away for a while. Instruction book inc. I would like it to go to someone who needs it, but at 800w it would be suitable for a motorhome or narrow boat. I'm busy for a couple of days so I won't get back to you straight away.

Free: An air compressor (Galgate LA2) Gifted 25ltr tank, working. It doesn't have an air filter as it broke off. I've had to remove the outlet fitting for my new one, but they are available most outlets. It weighs about 25kg, I can give you a hand lifting into the boot. It would benefit from a service, but then would we all.

Free: Large MDF mirror frame. (Galgate LA2) Gifted The mirror is long gone but the frame might be useful to a budding artist who might use the board to paint on or be creative? It's 1m tall by 72cm wide, hardboard with a MDF frame, both would be suitable surfaces for most paints.

Free: Garden art possibilities. Drill Cores (Galgate LA2) Gifted 12 moon shaped concrete cores and 1 smaller round one. I thought that they could be used for a garden project or art installation? The tennis ball is for perspective.They would fit into the boot of a car or if you're stuck for transport I might be able to drop them in the S Lancaster area. I don't think my first pic did them justice! These are from one of Lancasters historic listed buildings, so they are not going in the skip on my watch!

Free: Two Stroke multi garden tool (Galgate LA2) Expired It's a strimmer, bush cutter, long hedge trimer and bough cutter, ( chain saw attachment). I'm getting too old to use it. I would prefer this useful kit to go to an allotment society or charity gardening venture. This year it's started being difficult to start but the engine does eventually start up, but when I started to use it it cut out. Suggesting that it requires a competent service. I'm in no rush to let it go, so don't expect an immediate response.

Free: Military gaters (Galgate LA2) Expired British forces boot gaters. I think they are a universal, one size fits all. (I'm size 9.5 boot). They would suit a cadet, hill walker or collector.

Free: Dry Powder Fire Extinguisher (Galgate LA2) Gifted Suitable for a boat or motorhome, your kitchen or business. It's got its own wall mount and the guage is showing green/good. The tape shows that it's about 1foot long, medium size. Preference given to a charity or good cause, but I no longer need it as I've sold the boat.

Free: Used (spent) rifle cases (Galgate LA2) Gifted A collection of brass rifle cases. That can't be reloaded. Suitable for an art or craft project. In the past I used them for making dog whistles or bottle openers. Completely safe. They range (pun intended), from 6mm to 9mm. Most are 243 .

Free: Fire cleaning Vacuum attachment (Galgate LA2) Gifted The Vac Ash Can works as an extension to your vacuum cleaner for cleaning out open fires or a wood burner. I used it for cleaning up after renovations. You need your own vacuum cleaner to make it work.

Free: Size 9, traditional Lancashire Clogs. (Galgate LA2) Expired I will, reluctantly give up these as they are size 9 and my feet have spread with age.They were hand made by the "Galgate Cobbler, about 35 years ago. They are made from thick leather with a wooden, clog base, with rubber on for grip, rather than steel. These are "Sunday Clogs", built for dancing or clog fighting, not work clogs. Please let me know why I should give them to you. It's possible that they are the last surviving pair made by the Cobbler.

Free: Mini ballcock (Galgate LA2) Expired A small water stop valve, it fits onto a 20ltr water container. It's for drinking water, but could be adapted to keep water tanks filled or pet bowls full. The "ball part" is adjustable and it could be screwed onto anything.

Free: Professional stereo microscope. (Galgate LA2) Gifted It's quite old (230v lamp), but it works just fine. I'm a bit reluctant to give this away, but I would like it to go to some science mad child or nature/science group. The base is very heavy.

Free: Dog food (Galgate LA2) Gifted 24 tins of Aldi's Earls meat with gravy and a bag (about 14kg) of all in one dried kibbles. I can't drive just now or I would have given it to the animal shelter. Don't ask why I'm giving it away... 😟
