Haven't used it - came with property but not required. Hob plates do heat up, didn't test oven. No reason to think it doesn't work. Seems fairly new and good condition. Is upstairs in 4th floor maisonette, so a bit of carrying involved!

8 Edwardian dining chairs. Could do with being resprung and upholstered, but otherwise in reasonable condition. Think they are made of oak. Castors on front legs.
