Hi, I need a smart phone to use as a mobile hot-spot (tethering) so that I can connect my computer to it wirelessly. Any old smart phone will do as long as it has 4g network. It doesn't matter if it's faulty as long as I can connect to the Internet. It would be greatly appreciated.
