4 burner gas hob. Stainless steel base with black pan supports. I have owned the hob from new. The only reason it is offered is because I have changed from gas to induction cooking. comes with a Wok ring and instructions. 548 x 510mm. Location Eastbourne Old Town.

Tempered glass bath side shower screen. Sits above the bath rather than a shower curtain. Hinged on one side so it can be swung in or out for cleaning. Dimensions: 140cm (55 inches) high, 75cm (29.5 inches) wide including the hinge. The glass needs a clean to remove the limescale, otherwise good. Located in Old Town, Eastbourne.
