Request: TV, Large, huge ask (DH9) Received Hello, I hope you're well. I'm reaching out because I have my father-in-law coming to stay with us for Christmas. He is registered blind in one eye and has severe vision impairment in the other. We need a large TV for his room so he has something to watch when he goes to bed. Request: Any help at all (DH9) Received Hello, I'm currently working with a young family who has been homeless for about a year. Today, we managed to secure a house for her and her 14-year-old son. Due to her circumstances, she’s been allocated a small grant for furniture, but it's on a lease basis. We’re reaching out to see if anyone can help this family make their new house a home. Any donations of furniture or household items would be greatly appreciated. She doesn’t have transport and now lives in Stanley It's amazing that they finally have a place to call home after all this time. Let's come together and truly make it their own! So far we have kindly been gifted a table and chairs A bedroom chair and throw A TV Unit. If possible he is 82 and has no Internet a small music stereo that can play cds so he can listen to some music? Request: Out door toys for toddler's (Consett) Expired Hi, Thank you for taking the time to read this. I am working with a lady who has two toddlers aged 2 and 3. We are looking for outdoor entertainment for them. Unfortunately we cannot collect and are based in South Moor Stanley. If anyone has any outdoor games, trampolines etc that can be delivered we would be so appreciated for this young family. Many thanks. Update, a kind freecycler has donated a swing.
