We have used this sauna only once. Its has all the parts and is in good working order. This is the description from the website: Portable infrared sauna oxyplus standard size (H 97 x L80x W70 cm). Ideal for home use for health and beauty purpose. Heats up quickly. Heating panels and footpad emit far infrared rays at the most beneficial wavelengths. There's no steam involved. Sauna folds up for convenient storage.
