gray couch (Sherman Oaks) On the curb, on Mammoth Ave between Ventura and Moorpark, placed outside 5/4/25 about 5:30pm Replacing this couch with a larger couch, good condition. Great size for smaller LA apartment living rooms, which is why we got it at our prior apt. Purchased new from Ashley Furniture (~$650) in 2021. Dimensions are: 7’ “wide”, 5’ deep at the chaise/L, 38” deep at the chaise. We have a dog, but used couch covers so only people who are hyper-allergic should have issues. Some minor marks and stains. The chaise/L extension is supported by a separate piece, so pretty easy to move (as essentially a 7’ couch).
