Large Comfy Chair and Ottoman (Hollywood/West Hollywood)
Large comfy chair. Great for reading and naps. Soft faux suede like texture. Nothing wrong with it, just looking to make a little more room. Might require a SUV or van to move. Probably 2 people to carry from your car, but we can help load. Thanks! Purchased from a lovely couple who owned a cat. I vacuumed thoroughly and I’ve had no reactions (and I’m allergic).

On the curb, on Mammoth Ave between Ventura and Moorpark, placed outside 5/4/25 about 5:30pm Replacing this couch with a larger couch, good condition. Great size for smaller LA apartment living rooms, which is why we got it at our prior apt. Purchased new from Ashley Furniture (~$650) in 2021. Dimensions are: 7’ “wide”, 5’ deep at the chaise/L, 38” deep at the chaise. We have a dog, but used couch covers so only people who are hyper-allergic should have issues. Some minor marks and stains. The chaise/L extension is supported by a separate piece, so pretty easy to move (as essentially a 7’ couch).
