Free: Image 8mm shower door (Middleyard GL10) 180cm high, width 73-76cm adjustable. This is a heavy glass door so the frame will need to be properly fixed. The door has been removed from the frame to aid collection.

Free: Fitted bathroom furniture (Middleyard GL10) Gifted I have had to cut the stone worktop to remove so this will have to be repaired/replaced. The cabinets have been cut at the back to accommodate pipework so need to be fixed to a wall. The pottery is by Vitra. The taps work but are showing some corrosion. The three main cabinets are 70cm wide and the drawer unit is 40cm wide. They can be placed in any order. The doors are solid oak and have porcelain handles. I have jet washed all the items ready for collection.

Free: Cash Register Drawers (Middleyard GL10) Expired Two metal cash register draws which can be opened manually via a button underneath or electrically. Also a selection of new and used plastic inserts for holding cash.

Free: Electric leaf blower (Middleyard GL10) Gifted Florabest leaf blower from Lidl. Hardly used. Missing the collection bag but still works as a blower.

Free: Ferm cordless drill and charger (Middleyard GL10) Gifted This has a keyless chuck and the drill works fine. The battery is on its last legs so needs repairing or replacing. Great if you have another tool that takes the same battery.

Free: Pair of tyres 205R16C (Middleyard GL10) Expired These still have 6-7mm of tread left and are perfectly sound, but my picky MOT tester failed them because of cracks on the sidewall.

Free: Victorian style cloakroom corner basin (Middleyard GL10) Gifted Comes with wall brackets, chrome waste and taps.Perfect working order, just needs the tile grout removing from the top edge.

Free: Victorian style cloakroom set with toilet and basin (Middleyard GL10) Gifted Toilet comes with flush but no seat. Basin has hanging brackets, chrome waste and taps. It has been thoroughly cleaned but had little use. Cistern easily removable for collection.

Free: Lever arch files (Middleyard GL10) Expired I have 7 lever arch files (A4) that are in good condition. There is writing on the spine but this can be covered with a label if required. Edit: 4 left

Free: Fire alarms (Middleyard GL10) Expired I have 3 fire mains powered alarms that interconnect. One is a heat detector for a kitchen, the other two are optical smoke detectors for hall/landing etc. The bases are brand new as I just left the old ones in place. The alarms work but the date has expired (Aug 22), so don't use them in a critical situation.

Free: A4 Paper/light card (Middleyard GL10) Gifted I have a ream (nearly 500 sheets) of peach coloured A4 paper 80gsm and around 300 sheets of pink card 100gsm. They should work with a printer/photocopier.

Free: A4 Plastic pouches (Middleyard GL10) Gifted These can be used in a ring binder or turned upside down to waterproof posters outdoors.

Free: Preprinted paper for invites ect (Middleyard GL10) Gifted I have three packs of printer paper for use with a black and white copier/laser printer. Each pack (1 pink, 2 green) has around 100 sheets. The idea is that you design your invitation/menu/flyer on a computer then print on these to save the cost of colour printing. They are quite jazzy designs.

Free: Epson colour inkjet printer (Middleyard GL10) Gifted Hardly used. Comes with spare ink cartridges and cables. Printer head may need cleaning as it hasn't been run for ages.

Free: Bosch integrated dishwasher (Middleyard GL10) Expired This is a slimline (45cm wide) model that has a faulty control board. Not worth paying for an engineer, but if you can fix it yourself it is a great machine. Any questions, drop me an message.

Free: Light bulbs (Middleyard GL10) Gifted Can anyone make use of this box of mixed light bulbs? All tested as working (except the brand new ones). Mainly bayonet fitting. Mixture of tungsten, halogen and energy saving.
