Clean double mattress (Bear Flat)
It's a standard UK size, 4' 6" wide; about 10 years old but in good condition, no signs of wear; pocket springs, orthopedic double mattress by Sealy's for Benson's (see label). It's medium firm - has only been slept on by one person with mattress topper and mattress protector, hence how clean it is. It doesn't need to be turned over. If you'd like it you will need to collect it yourself and will need a large car or a van. It needs to go quickly so please only ask for it if you can collect it soon! :)

Decking balustrade / handrail (Bear Flat)
Expired
Pressure treated balustrade, handrail included. Measures 4m x 80cm / 8 ' x 3 '. The green will come off with a jetwasher. A couple of the posts had rotted, so they've been trimmed off, and what's left is really solid. It can be attached to new uprights or cut to fit your project. I cannot cut it down or deliver it but I hope someone will collect it and use it! (Reposted due to time waster)
