4 man tent. Been used twice but we found it difficult to put up and the pump that came with it broke. It’s in good condition but not the easiest tents even though it was advertised as 5min pitching time! Happy for it to go to a good home. Price for a new one is £500 online but I got it in a sale. This coffee machine still works but leaks when it flows into the cup filling up the overflow dish at the bottom so needs to be emptied every time you make a coffee.

Triple bunk bed (Lewisham SE23)

This is a triple bunk bed from Sleepland beds. It’s about 7 years old. It has a little bit of wear and tear but in good condition. It’s available for free to anyone who is able to take it apart and pick up. I still have the instruction sheet for putting it together. The mattresses are not included. Dimensions 236cm x 130cm and overall height is 163cm. The bottom takes a small double mattress and bottom takes a single mattress.
