Canvas chair needing small repair (Central Crouch End N8)
Gifted
A small project for a DIY-er. In good condition apart from one end of the canvas back support, which needs restitching around a new spindle. The spindle is basically a narrow dowel with its ends sanded down, so easy to make. Photo 6 shows the other well-stitched end of the back support, with the tip of the dowel just visible within it. The 7th photo shows the chair folded, and the 8th shows the pleasing sliding-leg mechanism. A nice design, and worth keeping by someone who would use it!

Shoe Rack (John Lewis) (Central Crouch End N8)

PaintSamples Farrow&B,LittleGreene (Central Crouch End N8)
Gifted
25 or so small paint pots: samples of ecologically-responsible paints from Farrow & Ball, Little Greene and Paint&Paper Library. Many of them are nearly full (used only to paint a rectangle of lining-paper approx. 36x24cm). Even those with less in them have enough left to paint a sample area. Almost all are light shades, mostly greens, off-whites, beiges, greys, blue-greys. Photo 2 shows 1 pot from each manufacturer, just as examples. (When full, F&B pots contain 100ml, Little Greene 60ml, Paint&Paper 125ml.) PLEASE ONLY CONTACT ME IF YOU'RE KEEN ON TAKING THEM ALL, as I regret I don't have time to offer different colours to different people. Thanks.

Basin inc. Victorian-style taps (Central Crouch End N8)
Gifted
Basin, porcelain, probably 50's, with painted cast-iron wall brackets, along with modern Victorian-style lever taps: instead of fully rotating these only turn 90 degrees, like modern taps. Both taps and basin in excellent condition (apart from 2 tiny nicks in the porcelain: see photos 3 + 4, one close to the plughole, the other on the righthand edge). The basin needs a clean-up underneath and the brackets need a repaint. These have a second, very useful, function: for hanging towels/flannels on.

Coffee Table, glass top (Central Crouch End N8)
Gifted
Good condition, though frame could do with a little touch-up I00cm x 46cm x 43.5cmH The glass makes the item heavy, so it's probably better collected by car. However, the glass pane is immediately removable, has polished (ie.safer) edges and could go into a strong tallish backpack. The frame is very light.

Loudspeakers: Mordaunt Short 914i (Central Crouch End N8)
Gifted
Mordaunt Short Avant 914i Floorstanding Loudspeakers 86cm high x 18cm W x 27cm deep. Good quality (see Google reviews) and clear sound. Good condition. Small scuff on one back corner (photo 5). They're heavy, so good for bass, but you'll need either a car or to carry one home at a time! They originally came with grille covers and floor spikes: I don't have those, but the sound is better without the former, and there are simple alternatives to the latter. The copper-wire link-ups in photo 4 will be included: they reduce the terminals used to the standard two (bi-wiring from 2 amplifiers to 4 terminals IS an option but is no longer popular).
