Offering an Extreme Weather Petsafe Door. This is the kind of door that you install in a home door or possibly barn door, etc. It is fully functional and comes with the hardware. The flap works by a large magnetic strip at the bottom. It comes with a metal door that slides down to secure the door when not in use. The metal part does have some paint chipping. It doesn't effect it's use. However, it really needs a good cleaning. This is for XL dogs, animals. The size of the flap is 13 1/8" wide x 24 7/8" high. You can still get replacement parts if you need them. This listing is Not for metal recycling or to separate the pieces. Thank you.

The center drawer is missing and has been since we aquired it. 59" Wide x 31" Deep x 30" Tall.The left side of the desk is a door with a spring loaded shelf that pops up to hold a typewriter. However it's still functional and we used it this way. Because of its condition, I would not use it as a baby gate. Offering a 3 Drawer Cabinet. There is a small drop drawer for desk, etc items. The middle drawer is slightly larger and the bottom drawer can be used for files amoung other things. It has served us well, but it now needs a new home. It does have a few cosmetic blemishes, but works perfecting fine. It is on wheels. We used it under a desk. It is made out of MDF Board and is older when things were made better.
