6 person tent - Outwell (Worcester, WR5)

Outwell Denver 6. Photos show the main tent, bag of poles & pegs, ground sheet and a pole repair kit. Had the tent for about 5 years. I’ve replaced two cracked sections of the poles. Never leaked on us! When used recently had trouble getting the poles to fit properly - nothing appears to be broken but I can’t work out what I was doing wrong!
