Free: Blood Pressure Monitor (Birch Hill RG12) Omron M10-IT blood pressure monitor (product code HEM-7080IT-E). We have had it since at least 2017. The main unit is working, but the cuff leaks air and will need to be replaced. Replacements are available online, from Amazon, for instance (air plug diameter 7 mm). It will also need 4 off AA batteries. It can store 84 readings each for two users, with date & time. I can't find the paper manual, but I can email it as a PDF. It was also capable of transferring readings to a PC, but I can't find the cable (old style small USB), and I would be doubtful of finding the program installation disc. Storage bag included.

Free: Stairgate (Birch Hill RG12) Gifted Boots Safety Gate, hinged, to stop toddlers climbing up or down the stairs. As supplied, it fitted opening widths of 715 to 775 mm. Since our stairs were wider than this, I added wooden extensions. These are also available if you need them. Instructions & screws included.

Free: Unit (Birch Hill RG12) Gifted Wooden Nathan unit with cupboard and display space above. Size 102 cm W, 75 cm H, 46 cm D. Large ring mark on top, scuff marks on left side. Needs a good polish.
