Free: Designer Lounge Chair & footstool (SS9 West Leigh-on-Sea) Quite large, see photos with ruler. Chair is grubby but cover removable for cleaning. Both in good condition otherwise. Very comfortable but just too big for my place, sorry to see them go. Will probably need a van to take away, and two people to carry. They not particularly heavy but will need two people to wrangle them down three flights of stairs, and I'm not allowed to do any heavy lifting so can't help.

Free: Black and Decker 12 volt drill (SS9 West Leigh-on-Sea) Gifted Needs a new battery I think as it won't charge. I've got a larger one now so not worth me getting one. Case and charger included.

Free: Pair IKEA lounge chairs and stools (SS9 West Leigh-on-Sea) Expired Brown fabric, dark stained wood, some wear but sound with no rips tears etc. covers can be removed for cleaning/replacement Moveable head rests. Classic IKEA rocking design.

Free: Epson xp-900 printer and ink faulty (SS9 West Leigh-on-Sea) Gifted Epson XP700 high quality ink jet printer scanner prints up to A3. 'ok' button on control panel not working so can't change ink, paper etc. otherwise all good. Great for spares if you already have one. Bundle of a dozen or so ink cartridges, some still sealed.
