Free: Sconce lights (West End Santa Rosa) Expired Was in my bathroom above the sink and on either side of the mirror. Puts off a good bit of light. Mounting brackets are included. I also have a matching soap dish holder.

Free: Ceiling lamp (West End Santa Rosa) Expired Post type hanging lamp. Hangs down about 30" from the ceiling (plus light bulb) Globe is not available, but other possibilities exist for creative people. Mounting hardware is missing.

Free: Pedestal sink (West End Santa Rosa) Gifted Removed from bathroom due to remodel upgrade. Great condition. Faucet and plumbing intact and in good operating condition. A little calcium around faucet top area that should be easily removed with Lime-A-Way or similar products. Great find!

Free: Kitchen Sink (West End Santa Rosa) Expired High Quality porcelain/cast iron sink. Includes faucet with sprayer. Water supply hoses included. Countertop opening/cutout: 24-1/2" wide 21-1/4" deep Sink is approx.12-1/2"deep Sink size 21-3/8" wide by 15" deep The chrome trim ring shown is in good shape. Photo shows dirt, there are no noticeable scratches.

Free: Exterior door in frame, solid wood (West End Santa Rosa) Gifted Solid wood door with rough-in ready frame; removed for home renovation project. Douglas fir. Excellent condition. Exterior could use another top coat of stain or clear coat. Door has fish eye and unique lockable "speak easy" opening. Rare find. Hinge setup is RH Swing, open in. Door size: 36" wide by 79-1/2" high Rough opening frame size: 37-1/2" wide by 82" high

Free: Windows - in frame (2) (West End Santa Rosa) Gifted Large double pane windows in aluminum frame. I have two windows to offer. Fixed window in frame - does not open. Rough-in frame for solid and clean installation to suit. One window pane has decorative "waterfall" appearance that allows full light transmission and privacy. Very solid construction. Size: 24" by 72"

Free: Kenmore Gas Stove (West End Santa Rosa) Gifted Came with the house. In working order. After two years of reliable use sometimes now the igniter for one or two burners won't cooperate and needs a lighter or match. Every feature works. I apologize for the need for cleaning, my wife cooks so much it was hard to get motivated when a new stove is coming in two weeks.
