Free: NEW! Side Walker (West San Jose) The item pictured is a hemi walker, also known as a side walker or hemi cane. It is designed for individuals who have the use of only one hand or arm, often following a stroke. It provides more stability than a standard cane but is lighter than a full-sized walker. The frame is typically made from lightweight aluminum and can be easily folded with one hand for storage and portability. The height is adjustable to suit different users.
