TravelPro is the pinnacle in luggage! This bag has been used 30+ years but still has a lot of life. The wheels were replaced with rollerblade wheels about 4 years ago. The bag is fully loaded with several external pockets, a removable suit/dress attachment, is expandable by 2- inches, and has a extra bag carrying hook. The extendable handle requires manual intervention to extend it. I use a pencil to push the lever (which comes included with the bag!) The handle could be replaced if you're handy or take it to a luggage repair shop. Thanks, Michael
