Old fashioned style coach lantern, metallic, about 18 inches long. Takes a standard electrical bulb. Was previously fitted outdoors (hence cobweb!). Although the electrical cable has been cut off, part of it remains and someone handy at DIY could easily attach a new cable. Or simply use it as is - as a garden ornament for example.

Fermentation vessel, I think, from a homebrew set-up. It has been sitting around unused for a whilse and, as such, does need a good clean. Has a tap / spout and a metal lid / seal which is currently inside it. About 14 inches diameter. Must still be good for use after a thorough clean, I hope.
