Strong wooden dining table (Caversham RG4)

My dad bought this when I was 10, i remember eating on it and studying for my A levels from it. I’m 40 now and would love to keep it but don’t have room. We have previously sanded it down and revarnished it. I would recommend that whoever takes it does the same. It has been outside wrapped in plastic for a few months so needs fteshsening up. There is also a bit of paint and pen marks from our kids. It is a strong wooden dining table. If I had time I’d refresh it myself and sell it. It’s about 1m x 1.80m and 70cm tall. See all pictures.

3 seater ikea sofa (Caversham RG4)

220cm wide 110cm deep. Washable covers. Covers were originally beige, we re-dyed them blue, they now look like denim. We have two kids and a cat, the covers are clean and machine washable but stained by countless make up, face paint, yoghurt. I just tried to see if new covers were available on the ikea website but I don’t think they make this sofa anymore. Covers may be sourceable elsewhere though, or they could be re-dyed again.
