Cabinet / cupboard. Made as a record cabinet, with space for tuner / amplifier. Constructed of coated chipboard. Very heavy and would need to be carefully carried downstairs. Size 36 inches by 21 inches. Height 27 inches with two inch back edging. Some of the partitions could be removed to make cupboard space.

Large trunk: Measurements: width 3 feet x 1ft 8inches. height 1 foot Used in student days for British Rail luggage in advance or British Road Services and bashed about by them but generally good condition except for one of the clasps which is broken. Could be useful for storage, eg as a blanket chest. Has a black vinyl cover from when it doubled as a bench in the hallway of a previous house.

Polished wooden box which contained old HMV gramophone Has HMV label* on the top, - (? *collector’s item but rather scuffed and chipped ??) Some scratches and remains of old labels but otherwise good condition. Good strong box. Measurements: 15 inches x 13 inches: depth 7 inches.

Hinged wooden box with leather carry handle. 17cm wide by 18.5 deep by 23cm high. Attached label reads “BDH BariumSulphate Salt Testing Outfit, the British Drug Houses Ltd Laboratory Chemicals Division Poole Dorset” but it is empty of course. The clasp is a bit rusty and the top dirty but otherwise the box is in very good condition.
