A neighbor has left it behind after their move. At the curbside by 133 Martens Blvd. San Rafael. Just come and see if you could refurbish it to reuse it. Looks like the owner left it outside a period time collecting dust and slight cracks on the outer layer.

At 5 Octavia Street (cross Woodland Ave) in San Rafael. On Saturday evening (20th), I noticed 3 bookshelves are left out by nearby residents at this corner. They look like IKEA Billy bookshelves. They are not mine, but if someone needs one, please stop by to pick up & reuse. I don’t live by this street so I can’t confirm it before you head over but just in case some who lives near by may see this and in need.

The chair might have a slight crack but doesn’t seem to affect sitting at all. See photos. And come and get it in front of 715 C St San Rafael. Cara can’t travel this road until after 6 pm due to road works by Pg & E.

IKEA Under Bed Storage Box Bin (229 Southern Heights San Rafae)

This wooden under bed storage box is initially for an older IKEA sofa bed (2015 discontinued). The dimension is 65” x 27.25” x 6.5” It could be used under twin size bed to store things. It’s not ideal to kids’ play pan as the thin particle unpainted board wouldn’t hole the weight of a child. Some minor scuff along edges (see photo). Easy pick up from San Rafael near Wolfe Grade and C Street & Woodland Ave. It may need a station wagon or truck/SUV. It’s not heavy. There should be another creative way to repurpose this.

Anybody like to have these old blueprints architectural drawings from 1987 renovation or building permits drawings. There are about 100 rolls (stacked rolls) of drawings in a large plastic bag. Could be an interesting gift wrapping paper. A piece of SR history? Let me know where to donate them if you know a place will take them. Otherwise will toss to paper recycling bin next week. 1030 THIRD ST, first federal loans bank is gone and now a large apartment building is getting built on that site.
