Free: Knee Exerciser (Corte Madera) (Corte Madera (near 101)) Gifted This device is small enough to be used under most desks. The frame hangs two paddles, one for each foot. While sitting, one can move legs in a step or peddle motion. It comes apart easily for storage and is easy to reassemble. It makes light, nonweight-bearing exercise while sitting possible.

Free: Tube Pillow (Corte Madera (near 101)) It is 6 feet long and very flexible. The form of the pillow case gives it a curve as shown in the first photo. The pillow case has a zipper for removal and washing. I used this for a time when I had back pain but no longer need it.

Probably best to transport via pickup truck or van. I'd be so happy for these chips to find a new home.

Tried them out but found them to be ineffective for my plantar fascitis. Maybe they will help you. All items are clean and in excellent condition.
