Designer Radiator 800x500 SPSC (Chislehurst Road Petts Wood)
This single panel single convector Designer Radiator is 800 long x 500 high x 65 deep. The output is approx. 2245Btu/Hr. (658W) @ 50°C. and it includes brackets. Projection from wall 85mm./95mm. It was purchased from Screwfix a few year ago and installed into the heating system in my house, which had been chemically cleaned and treated with Fernox corrosion inhibitor - there is no visible corrosion when looking into the pipe connections. Collect from Petts Wood.

This bedding set comprises a quilted polyester mattress protector for 30cm. deep mattress; fitted bottom sheet; Slumberdown 4.5 Tog polyester duvet with cover and Slumberdown Side Sleeper Firmer Support Pillow with Bamboo Pillow Protector Case. I would not normally advertise bedding but this set is in almost as new condition. It was used as a spare set for our Son's campervan bed and he does not recall it actually being used, but it has, nevertheless, been thoroughly washed and there is not a mark on it.

This is a very good quality White Leather Footstool and is in excellent condition except the top surface which has a few scratches/abrasions - see photos. It measures 820mmn x 600 x 400 high and is quite heavy with very substantial chromium plated feet. It could double up as an additional seat.

This 600 x 1600 curved Anthracite towel rail was installed in a corrosion inhibited system for three years. It is in excellent condition but the support brackets are missing. However, the tubes are 22mm. diameter and replacement universal anthracite brackets are available on Amazon which fit 19mm. to 25mm. tubes for £11.95.

This carpet is brand new - was fitted in error by flooring contractor - wrong colour!! It is a Primo Grande carpet in Raven colour and is an extra heavyweight, bleach cleanable, twist pile carpet Made from 100% Excellon Polypropylene and suitable for Heavy Domestic use. Cost £20.59 sq.m. One piece measures 2.10m. x 2.55m. which excludes the cutout at one end (see red line) - it is actually 2.60m. but there are two 50mm. slits at one end where it was cut for radiator pipes - the cuts do not show and could easily be taped on the underside. The other measures 2.80m. x 0.90m. - may be possible to join them??
