Free: Adjustable height workdesk/bench (Orpington BR6) This was originally a two sided adjustable height workdesk but one side has been cut back. Would still work as a single side work desk/bench with a 600 deep front shelf and 390 deep rear shelf. Overall dimensions 1540 wide by 1070 depth. Lowest height setting is 650. Has been dismantled as shown - can assist in carrying it through to front of house. For transport, the largest part is the front section which will be 1540 long x 600 wide x 650 high when dropped to the lowest position (shiny metal sections within the lower white legs.

Free: Rabbit/Chicken House Panels (Orpington BR6) Expired This chicken run is to be demolished. The upper mesh panels are in pretty good condition but the wooden bottom of the lower ones has rotted but can easily be replaced. The mesh run itself will be dismantled but the remainder of the house is available if someone wants to dismantle it. The mesh section is 2.4m. long x 2.0m. x 1.8m. high. Size of larger panels for transporting are approx. 2.4m. x 0.9m.- quite large. Located at TN14 7AE - Badgers Mount.

In excellent full working order although mattress does not comply with current fire regulations, but can easily be replaced. 1900 x 680 overall frame dimensions - half that when folded.

Please note that although they look in excellent condition, the white 'plastic' covering on the doors is separating from the MDF board beneath - look at the doors and you can just see what is happening in the corner of the inset panels - so not really suitable for an actual kitchen installation but they would be fine in a work area, or the plastic covering could be removed and the doors painted. Dimensions of base units all standard 890 high x 610 deep - 2 @ 400 wide; 1 @ 800 wide; drawer unit @ 600 wide; 2 x 1000 corner units and 800 wide sink unit. Will list worktops separately. Free: Designer Radiator 800x500 SPSC (Chislehurst Road Petts Wood) Gifted This single panel single convector Designer Radiator is 800 long x 500 high x 65 deep. The output is approx. 2245Btu/Hr. (658W) @ 50°C. and it includes brackets. Projection from wall 85mm./95mm. It was purchased from Screwfix a few year ago and installed into the heating system in my house, which had been chemically cleaned and treated with Fernox corrosion inhibitor - there is no visible corrosion when looking into the pipe connections. Collect from Petts Wood.

Free: Floor Protection Sheets (Chislehurst Road Petts Wood) Expired Five No. 2400mm. x 1200mm. floor protection sheets. Spray paint residue on one side only. One has a couple of small tears on the side but still in perfectly usable condition. Far better than dust sheetsd if you are decorating.

Free: Bedding Set for 3' single bed (Chislehurst Road Petts Wood) Gifted This bedding set comprises a quilted polyester mattress protector for 30cm. deep mattress; fitted bottom sheet; Slumberdown 4.5 Tog polyester duvet with cover and Slumberdown Side Sleeper Firmer Support Pillow with Bamboo Pillow Protector Case. I would not normally advertise bedding but this set is in almost as new condition. It was used as a spare set for our Son's campervan bed and he does not recall it actually being used, but it has, nevertheless, been thoroughly washed and there is not a mark on it.

Free: White Leather Footstool (Chislehurst Road Petts Wood) Gifted This is a very good quality White Leather Footstool and is in excellent condition except the top surface which has a few scratches/abrasions - see photos. It measures 820mmn x 600 x 400 high and is quite heavy with very substantial chromium plated feet. It could double up as an additional seat.

Free: 600 x 1600 Towel rail radiator (Chislehurst Road Petts Wood) Gifted This 600 x 1600 curved Anthracite towel rail was installed in a corrosion inhibited system for three years. It is in excellent condition but the support brackets are missing. However, the tubes are 22mm. diameter and replacement universal anthracite brackets are available on Amazon which fit 19mm. to 25mm. tubes for £11.95.
