This was a cushion from a previous sofa that we reupholstered and used as a floor cushion. Clean and in good condition. I strongly suspect it had a fire label as the sofa it came from wasn't that old but without taking the new cover off (which is stitched on) I can't check so can't say for certain I'm afraid.

There's no insert for it (unsure if there was one). From memory it is for 6m to 4 years but obviously please check it's suitable for your own size of child. Our daughter is nearly 4 and outgrown it.
