Clean but used 4 year old mattress. Normal wear and tear but no stubborn marks or stains. Used by our daughter for 4 years - replacing her bed with a new frame and mattress so good for students or anyone in need of a free sturdy single bed!

2 blue suede style armchairs (Sydenham SE26)

Bought a year ago, in very good condition. My pensioner mum wants them taken away so she can make room for a new chair. Take one or both. They are on four gold legs which are removable to make it easier to fit into a car. Must be able to collect yourself.
