Lots of children's clothes hangers (Leytonstone E11) My daughter had a big clearout of children's hangers. There are all different sorts for shirts, trousers/skirts, even multi hangers. Will split.

Cupboard with 3 shelves (Leytonstone E11) Withdrawn Office cupboard with three shelves. There is 1 shelf support missing, so only 2 shelves are down in place. Otherwise in very good condition. It's heavy, so may need to disassemble to transport. 100cm wide, 55cm deep, 284cm tall

Junior bed (Leytonstone E11) Gifted Short bed, suitable for child or short adult. Useful for small bedrooms Mattress size 3ft x 5ft 9ins (90 × 175cm) Total bed frame size 99 x 183. All in very good condition. The mattress is a Babywise, Coolmax. Unmarked. Recently has only been used for occasional sleepovers. I have 1 fitted sheet designed for the size, but full size single would work. It has been dismantled. I don't have the assembly instructions, but if you have ever put together flat pack furniture, it is very straightforward.

Microwave bracket (Leytonstone E11) Gifted Bracket for wall mounting a microwave, although could be used for other things. Arms adjust from 31cm to 45cm. There is a bit of rust on one arm. Microwave not included!

Mid century tallboy cupboard (Upper Walthamstow E18) Gifted Wooden chest with 2 drawers at the top, two cupboards below. Some marks on the wood that could easily be fixed. 84cm wide, 50cm deep including the handles, 112 cm tall.

4 wool carpet runners (Leytonstone E11) Gifted 2 long red patterned carpet runners (227x60cm). 1 Short red (117×60) and 1 short green. They are quite old but have worn well. There are some signs of wear at the edges. Will split.

Mid century Dressing table (Upper Walthamstow E18) Gifted Traditional dressing table with 3 small drawers each side, 1 in the middle and a mirror. The top surface is marked sthat could easily be rectified. 107cm wide, 50cm deep including handles, 144 cm tall including mirror.

Spin drier (Upper Walthamstow E18) Gifted Not sure if anyone still uses these. Useful if you don't have a washing machine and have to hand wash. It hasn't been used for a while but it still works.

Drop leaf table (Upper Walthamstow E18) Expired 4'6 (137cm) x 3' (92cm) when open. Folds to 1'(31cm) x3' (92cm) Top surface needs restaining (or covering), but the table is solid and otherwise in good condition. Would seat 6 comfortably, 8 at a squeeze.
