The broken arm, socket and lamp shade have been trashed. But the base and stand hardware are intact. I'm pretty sure the base is solid jade, about 10 inch diameter and 2 inch thickness. The lamp is from the 30's or 40's, so that is plausible.

Works great. Has been maintained well. Easy water maintenance, just add salt every four months when you drain and refill. Some minor cosmetic blemishes. The only caveat is that because of its size and weight, you must hire a professional moving company, with insurance, to move it.
