Playhouse (Emscote Mill CV34) Expired Toddler/play child outdoor playhouse 45 inches tall 43 inches wide and long Doors and windows open. Roof is rainproof but there are some holes. Needs a wipe clean and should come up fine, but is worn. Does disassemble but reasonably bulky so needs a big car/van most likely to transport.

Push chair - silvercross (Emscote Mill CV34) Expired Silvercross push chair. Suitable from baby upwards. Completely lay flat (napping) to or sitting upright adjustment options. Complete with rain cover. Folds up small and is lightweight for transporting. Has hood for sunshade. Everything functions correctly. Owned since new (paid ~£150). Has some stains, which may be able to be cleaned up a bit with a sponge clean, but I haven't tried. Very happy for someone to make use of this. Please, no resellers.

Garden table (Emscote Mill CV34) Gifted Steel garden table with room for 4 seats and a parasol to slot in. 40inches wide by 40 inches deep. 28 inches tall. Unsure if it will dissemble for transport. Has bolts but maybe a bit rusty/seem strange shape but welcome to view if needed. Can possibly throw in a parasol if interested.
