Free: Nordic walking poles (Baglan SA12) Gifted Adjustable length, when used properly they're brilliant for helping ease pressure on joints. Plenty of information online for technique but main point the length shiuld be adjusted until lower arm from elbow to wrist as parallel to the ground. These were given to me by a kind freegler and I'm passing them on as I plan to upgrade to carbon fibre poles. Collect from Baglan, SA12 8PY.

Request: Hiking/Nordic walking stick (Baglan SA12) Received I'd be very grateful if anyone has one they no longer use, or even a matching pair. I'd like to try them before buying new. My ageing hips and knees are very painful and these are supposed to be helped. Thank you.
