30s cast iron fireplace (SW2, Brixton)
Approx 1M square. Coming up to 100 years old solid cast iron. Tiled face. Firebox cracked. Missing ash pan and grate. Damper is present not pictured. Fully refurbishable. HEAVY!! Collect Good Friday or weekend. Would be nice to see this go to a good home rather than be smashed up and sent to scrap.

Mostly T-shirts and jeans. T Shirts are sizes L and XL, so 44” chest upwards and jeans 36/38 inch long leg. (I’m 6’2”) Condition varies. Some tees and jeans very good barely worn, others quite tired and probably best for DIY and relaxing round the house. Everything clean and laundered been in long term storage.
